How do we contact you?

We will meet with you, either in person or over the phone, to discuss your desired colors, designs, layout, and time of your event. Have a look at our gallery here to get some ideas! We are proud to offer personalized services and very competitive pricing.

Can I meet with you at my event space?

Yes. An on-site consultation is available, but it is usually not necessary.

How soon should I book a balloon event?

We recommend booking your balloon décor as early as possible to ensure the best selection of colors, styles, and designs for your event. Some specialty balloons and materials may require additional time to source, so the more notice we have, the better we can accommodate your vision.

If you book your balloon event within 96 hours of the event date, expedited shipping charges may apply, and our selection of available colors and styles may be limited. We’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

What areas do you service?

We proudly provide balloon decor for the Greater Rochester Area, please see our website for exact suburbs and towns we cover.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your event is booked, that time slot is reserved for you and supplies for your event are ordered. Orders canceled 15 days or more prior to your event are eligible for a credit for your next event equal to monies paid, however no refund will be given. Orders less than 14 days from the event are not eligible for cancellation. Refunds are not provided on any orders.

How do I pay for my decor?

Once your order is finalized, the final proposal or invoice will be emailed to you for approval. We require 100% payment upon ordering. We can take payment over the phone, or you can use the PayPal link on our website. We require 100% payment at time of placing the order. For commercial businesses or schools, we can also take a purchase order.

For schools, organizations, and corporations, we understand a check may need to be processed for payment. If a payment cannot be made before the event date, a signed contract will be required.

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees depend on the delivery location and time of day.

Do prices include removal of the decor?

No. An additional fee will apply. Please notify us when booking your decor if a take down and removal is needed.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Orders should be placed as early as possible. Event set up dates and times are first come first serve.

I bought some balloons from somewhere else; can you inflate them for me?

No, we do not offer this service.

How long do balloons last indoors?

Many air-filled balloon designs can last week’s indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.

How long will my helium balloons float?

All of our helium balloons will float for at least 3 days if indoors, but typically much longer!

How long do balloons last outdoors?

Balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time as the sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affects the lifespan of the balloons.

Can I pick my balloons up from you?

No. We offer balloon decor for delivery only.
